Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital properties operated by JM24 Enterprises, as well as the procurement of physical security hardware, installation services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging our Services, authorizing a quotation, or allowing our technicians onto your premises, the client (hereinafter "Client", "You", or "Your") expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

The Firm specializes in the supply, installation, and configuration of electronic surveillance systems, including but not limited to High-Definition (HD) coaxial networks, IP-based digital grids, audio-enabled cameras, and digital/network video recorders (DVR/NVR).

• All hardware supplied by the Firm is sourced strictly from authorized distributors of the respective original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
• The Firm guarantees professional execution, utilizing appropriate conduit pipelines and concealed cabling methodologies where architecturally feasible, subject to the physical limitations of the Client's property.

All preliminary estimates provided via our digital portals or telephonic consultations are subject to physical site verification.

• Final Invoicing: The final project cost shall be determined based on actual cable length utilized, requisite hardware additions, and specific structural challenges encountered during deployment.
• Payment Milestones: Unless a distinct corporate Service Level Agreement (SLA) dictates otherwise, standard residential and commercial deployments require a predefined advance payment prior to hardware dispatch, with the remaining balance due immediately upon practical completion and handover of the system. All invoices shall be inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and proper fiscal documentation shall be provided.

To ensure seamless deployment, the Client agrees to provide our technical personnel with safe, unhindered access to the installation premises during agreed-upon operational hours.

• Infrastructure Requirements: The Client is solely responsible for providing a stable electrical power supply and an active, high-speed broadband internet connection requisite for the configuration of zero-lag remote mobile access. The Firm shall not be held liable for the inability to configure remote viewing features if the Client's local network infrastructure is deficient or unavailable.

The Firm is committed to delivering exceptional after-sales support.

• Hardware Warranty: All installed cameras, recorders, and hard drives carry the standard manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 to 2 years, depending on the OEM). The Firm shall facilitate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) claims on behalf of the Client. However, physical damage, liquid ingress, electrical surges (high tension), and acts of God (force majeure) explicitly void all OEM warranties.
• Service Warranty & AMC: Installations are covered by a limited workmanship warranty. Post-warranty, the Client may opt into a formalized Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for ongoing technical support, priority site visits, and preventative maintenance, the specific terms of which shall be executed in a separate SLA.

Electronic surveillance systems serve as a deterrent and a mechanism for forensic recording; they do not constitute a foolproof guarantee against unauthorized intrusion, theft, property damage, or physical harm.

• Exclusion of Damages: Under no circumstances shall JM24 Enterprises, its proprietors, employees, or affiliated contractors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property, loss of profits, or data corruption, arising out of the failure, circumvention, or malfunction of the installed security apparatus.
• Network Outages: The Firm assumes no liability for the interruption of remote mobile viewing capabilities caused by third-party Internet Service Providers (ISPs), mobile network outages, or updates to third-party mobile operating systems (iOS/Android) that render OEM applications temporarily incompatible.

The interpretation, construction, and enforcement of these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. The Client irrevocably consents that any legal action, dispute, or arbitral proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the provision of Services, or hardware functionality shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts situated in Rewari, Haryana, thereby waiving any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections.
